Twenty Arms Inc. · Ontario

We structure, verify, and facilitate international commodity transactions.

Process discipline, counterparty verification, and documentation integrity. The chain between verified supply and qualified demand stays short.

Who we are

A Canadian facilitation firm.

Twenty Arms Inc. is privately held and registered in Canada. We structure physical commodity transactions for buyers, suppliers, and partners. Counterparties are verified and the documents are in place before product moves.

More about us
  • Buyers

Qualified demand against an SPA, independent inspection, and payment made directly to the seller.

  • Suppliers

Verified supply into a named contract, not an unnamed search for a buyer after the fact.

  • Partners

Named in the NCNDA and the IMFPA, or not in the file. Commission stays out of the SPA.

How we work

The transaction sequence

  1. 01

    Enquiry and qualification

Commodity, tonnage, route, Incoterms. Feasibility in one to two days.

  2. 02

    Term sheet and NCNDA

Non-binding terms. An NCNDA is signed before anything circulates.

  3. 03

    SPA and IMFPA

English or Canadian law. Our fee lives in the IMFPA, not the SPA.

  4. 04

    Inspection at loadport

SGS, BV, or Intertek. Payment is not called before the report.

  5. 05

    Payment

Buyer pays seller against documents. Our fee is paid separately, under the IMFPA.

  6. 06

    Shipment and title

Title at the contractual point. Documents to the buyer or their bank.
