How we work
The transaction sequence

Enquiry and qualification
Commodity, tonnage, route, Incoterms. Feasibility in one to two days.

Term sheet and NCNDA
Non-binding terms. An NCNDA is signed before anything circulates.

SPA and IMFPA
English or Canadian law. Our fee lives in the IMFPA, not the SPA.

Inspection at loadport
SGS, BV, or Intertek. Payment is not called before the report.

Payment
Buyer pays seller against documents. Our fee is paid separately, under the IMFPA.

Shipment and title
Title at the contractual point. Documents to the buyer or their bank.
Origin
Sri Lankan origin supply, documented to loadport.
Ceylon cinnamon, black pepper, specified rice, and coconut products. Grade, packing, and origin documents are set in the file and checked before payment is called.
